LTD., registered address at HONG LIM COMPLEX, 531A UPPER CROSS STREET, #04-95, Postal 051531.
You understand that in order to buy our Services at our in-Game store (Elipse Coin Shop) you need to buy and install licensed Game. If the Game is purchased, you need to install and run GTA 5 RP launcher (RAGE MP) from our Website. After installation of Launcher, you need to copy link server.ellipseroleplays.com and paste into the search box in the Launcher.
To buy any of our Services You select the one You need at our in-Game store and pay for it using Your payment method.
We undertake to upload/provide access to a Service(s) purchased by You into Your Account without undue delay as soon as we receive a notification about your payment.
We shall not be obligated to complete the purchase if payment attempts using the accepted methods are unsuccessful or are rejected by the payment service provider.
Purchases shall be made only from one’s own customer account. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our in-Game store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Prices and payments
The listed prices at the time of order placement are valid. We reserve the right to change the prices or any other charges at any time without further notice.
Payments can be charged to the customer's account with the debit/credit card.
The Services have to be paid in advance by the customers. Therefore, the customer can only buy the Services if sufficient credit is available on the customer account.
You acknowledge and understand that the order will not be processed if a debit/credit card payment is not approved, or returned for insufficient funds on deposit.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment service providers. This website merely gets notified when the payment has been completed and does not keep any payment information, such as credit card details.
When you donate to support the Server, you will get Ellipse Coins, you can spend the Ellipse coins at the Coin Shop, you can change the Ellipse coins to in game $ or buy Services that provide in-game attributes or rewards.
The Company is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar North, Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games or other rightsholders. Any trademarks used belong to their respective owners. The Company reserves all rights on rightly owned images and other visual content provided on Server or Website. The items for sale at the Coin shop are work of fiction. Any resemblance to the real-life brands/names is entirely coincidental.
Refunds and replacements
You acknowledge and agree that any payments made for buying our Services/donations for support of the Game Server can be refunded under the following conditions:
- In the event that you do not receive Services/donations within the expected delivery time, you have the option to request a refund, or
- if you accidentally made multiple payments for a single order, we will refund one or more of these payments.
Please be aware that there are circumstances where a refund cannot be provided:
- If the Services/donations have been delivered to you as per the agreed terms and in accordance with the provided description, a refund request will not be processed;
- If you have been banned for violating the Game Server's rules, any funds associated with the ban will not be subject to a refund. The Game Server retains full discretion over bans, and its rules are subject to change at any time;
- Refunds will not be available for orders that have not been paid for;
- Requests for refunds based on any other reasons not explicitly outlined in the refund conditions will not be considered.
If you wish to receive a refund please reach out to our customer service. Your refund request will be reviewed after you provide the order number and the reason for the refund. If the request is approved, the refund will be credited to your account or bank card.
There is no guarantee on being able to access the Game Server, and if the server is no longer operated the Ellipse Coins are forfeit.
All items are virtual and have no value, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency of any kind.
We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation and access to our in-Game store and its Services.
These Terms shall be an integral part of Website Terms. Any terms and conditions that are not regulated in these Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with Website Terms and/or Applicable Laws.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check our Website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
